I've been described as 'reliable, exact and unconventional'.
My biggest accomplishment was working end-to-end as the product designer who redesigned an ATM experience which was great enough to be imitated by a competitor.

Shortlisting after this is creating a UX research repository from scratch which has been invaluable in democratising our research data, quickly finding insights and product opportunities, and avoiding repeated research.

I have 8 years of overall experience in design from working in the Insurtech, Fintech, consulting, and advertising industries, with 6 years in UX/UI design.
​
I'm currently the UX Research Lead for Vitality Global specialising in qualitative and quantitative research. My job is focused on ResearchOps to provide actionable insights to inform our product and scale UX Research.

As I'm always asking 'why?' in my job, I also have a keen interest in philosophy and psychology to answer my other whys.
